“Yet those who wait for the Lord
Will gain new strength;
They will mount up with wings like eagles,
They will run and not get tired,
They will walk and not become weary.”

Thanks also to Pastor Lawrence Wilson for this comparison idea, and for the encouragement to “not take your ease, but take your position.”

Tends toward TMI, so here's the short list: guitar and banjo (both of which have been much neglected as of late), bicycling (ibid), dogs, very black tea, and contemplating and commenting on deep philosophical thoughts about which I have had no academic or professional training. Oh, also reading, writing, but I shy away from arithmetic.

      1. In the Gaithers? Hmm..Google Bill Gaither. He’s probably the single biggest name in Southern Gospel Music. Hard to explain him LOL. But, no to the question, but some of the groups that sing with the Gaithers have really outstanding basses.
